It’s the last day of 2017 and in only 3 more days, it will be the best stamping time of the year as we’ll kick off 2018 with the new Occasions Catalogue and, of course, Sale-A-Bration! One of the free sets that you can earn is this adorable Party Panda stamp set. With three delightful Panda images and three greetings and background stamp, there will be so many sweet projects you can make.
Here’s one that I made with one of the Panda images.
I started with a piece of Pear Pizzazz card stock cut 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ and scored at 4 1/4″. The Shimmery White panel is 3 3/4″ x 5″. I inked up a “B” block with Pear Pizzazz ink and spritzed it with water and then stamped onto the panel. I repeated this process three times. I placed a post-it note on the lower portion of the panda image and inked it up with Archival Black ink (be sure to remove the post-it) and then stamped onto the first block. This was repeated for the third block.
The background stamp was stamped randomly around the pandas. I then adhered this panel onto a piece of Basic Black card stock cut 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″ and then wrapped a strip of the 7/8 Striped Ribbon from the Holiday Catalogue across the lower portion of the panels. The sentiment is from Butterfly Basics and stamped onto a strip of Shimmery White card stock with the Black Archival ink and flagged at both ends. This was popped onto the card with dimensionals.

Thanks for stopping by and have a safe and merry New Year’s Eve celebration!
I honestly do not know where the time goes. I believe I mentioned that I would post some of the cards that Paulette handed out at our potluck and I think this is the first opportunity that I’ll be able to do so.
Here’s one that she made for Brenda.
And this one was for Carole.
Lovely cards, Paulette.
Thanks for stopping by today, it’s just started to sprinkle snow and I hope it stays that way – just a sprinkling – happy stamping!
Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas with your families.
It was certainly busy the past few months not only preparing for Christmas but with requests for baby baskets for one of my customers as they were having a mini baby boom with 3 baby boys making their appearance before Christmas.
I had used up my supply of cards and needed to make a quick one.
I searched Pinterest and found some ideas and fashioned this card similar to one I saw. The card base is Marina Mist. I used the retired polka dot embossing folder and embossed a portion of the Whisper White layer. I punched out the hearts using the Subtles collection of designer series paper with the small heart punch and popped them onto the card with the mini dimensionals. The sentiment is from That’s the Tag.
I rounded the corners on the bottom of the card using the Envelope Punch board.
Here’s the basket for the latest little boy.
Thanks for stopping by today and happy stamping!
Wishing all my family and friends a very Merry Christmas!
Earlier this week our Stampers Club got together for a potluck and we had a great time. It’s been a while that we actually held a stamping session as they are so understanding of my busy schedule during the holiday season, that we did not meet for November, so it was nice to catch up on the latest with each other.
I think we had enough food to feed an army! We enjoyed Mimosas and some very yummy food.
Here’s Carole, Tracy and Brenda. Carole had spent some time in Palm Springs and Brenda had recently returned from a trip to Cabo.
Paulette and Roseanne
We missed Janet as she was on her vacation in Cabo!
Paulette made cards for everyone and each one was different. Here’s the one I received. I absolutely love it, thanks, Paulette!
Thanks for stopping by today on a beautiful sunny day. I recall last year at this time we were experiencing very cold and icy weather so this has been wonderful this year.
