Sweet Blooms Meets Fancy Borders Meets Beautiful Gallery DSP

Wow, that is some title for today’s card. I finally had a chance to play with some of the new sets, dies, In Colours and Designer Series Paper. I absolutely love the Secret Sea and Cloud Cover card stock and they are my favourites – for the moment! Those two colours go perfectly with the sheet of Beautiful Gallery 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper that I chose for the card. This DSP is part of the Beautiful Gallery Suite from the new Annual Catalogue. See all the products and ideas for the suite on pages 52 – 57.

I also used one of the dies and sentiment from the Fancy Borders stamp set which is available in the Online Exclusives section in my online store. I couldn’t resist the “bloom” die from the Sweet Blooms stamp set which is in the new Annual Catalogue.

In this photo the Secret Sea card stock appears quite dark.

And in this one it appears a bit lighter and closer to the true colour.

I started with the Secret Sea card base and added a panel of Cloud Cover and a panel of the gorgeous Beautiful Gallery DSP at the top of the fold of the card front. I next placed the scalloped border die from the Fancy Borders dies just below the panels of card stock and DSP and then ran it through the Cut ‘N Emboss machine.

I die cut the “bloom” sentiment with Secret Sea and Cloud Cover and adhered them together and added Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back to pop it up on the focal panel.

On the inside I added a panel of Cloud Cover card stock and stamped the sentiment from the Fancy Borders stamp set in Secret Sea classic ink. I added three of the Secret Sea 2025-2027 In Colour Flat Pearls to the top of the focal panel on the left side.

Cutting Instructions:

• Secret Sea: Card Base: 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″, base for bloom sentiment: 2″ x 4 1/4″
• Cloud Cover: Front Panel: 2 3/4″ x 5 1/4″; Inside: 4″ x 5 1/4″, bloom sentiment: 2″ x 4 1/4″
• Beautiful Gallery DSP: Choose the Secret Sea, Cloud Cover sheet with the white roses: 2 1/2″ x 5″
