Heartfelt Hexagon

Heartfelt Hexagon bundle is featured in the Mini Catalogue and is a very versatile bundle with a stamp set and the Heartfelt Hexagon punch. Today’s card uses papers from the retired Fancy Floral 6″ x 6″ DSP and is a quick and easy card to make.

I chose Calypso Coral for the card base and matched it up with various DSP that had Soft Sea Foam, Petal Pink, Calypso Coral and the retired Evening Evergreen colors in the pattern. I stamped one of the sentiments from the stamp set for the focal image using Calypso Coral class ink on Basic White and punched it out with the Heartfelt Hexagon punch.

I placed that in the centre of a 3 1/4″ x 4″ piece of Soft Sea Foam card stock and then arranged the various punched out pieces around it. After adhering the pieces around the focal image, I trimmed off the excess. I next adhered it to a 3 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ piece of Petal Pink card stock. This was added to the Calypso Coral card base. Just that simple! It’s great card to use up some of your designing series papers.
