It’s been 8 1/2 months that my beloved Bella crossed the rainbow bridge. It’s been very difficult for me to be able to talk about her without a torrent of tears as she is with me every day and the mere mention of her name makes my heart ache even more. I am now at the point that while I miss her immensely, it has been easier to talk about her and wanted to share some of her photos.
She brought us great joy and happiness during her time with us and as we saw her health fail, we knew that we had to make the heartbreaking decision to relieve her of her pain and suffering.
Our vet, Dr. Dunlap took very good care of her during her lifetime and after receiving a card from the Companion Animal Health Fund (CAHF) at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine advising that Dr. Dunlap had made a donation in her memory, I made this card for Dr. Dunlap. We were very touched by Dr. Dunlap’s kindness and generosity.
I used a retired stamp set called Bella for the images.
Bella came home with us in 2007 and as I was leaving to co-ordinate a conference in Whistler, she came along with us and attended the conference too. She loved her stay in Whistler. During our stay at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler she was always looking out the window at the outdoor activities.
Bella’s “sister”, Jenafor, spoiled her with designer purses, first a Chewy Vuitton . . .
Then a Pawda purse
And her Uggs
Bella will forever be in our hearts.
Thanks for stopping by today.
