At a recent Stamp Club we made this beautiful card using the Botanical Butterflies Designer Series Paper that was part of this year’s Sale-A-Bration free products.
I chose the Black and White side of one of the sheets for the front and cut out a matching butterfly to pop on top of the one on the panel. I used a sponge dauber to add Highland Heather and Daffodil Delight classic ink to the body of the butterfly and covered it with Wink of Stella to give it a nice shimmer.
Open it up and we have four smaller matching butterflies. We punched out the smaller butterflies from another sheet of the DSP using the Butterfly Duet punch, and I’m happy that it will be available in the new 2019 – 2020 Annual Catalogue coming out in June. We added the color to the butterflies with the Highland Heather and Daffodil Delight classic ink with the sponge daubers and popped them onto the layered circles.
