Christmas Gleaming – Coming Soon

Expect to see more beautiful designer series paper in the Holiday catalogue (September 4) as I used one of the sheets for this bridge card from the Brightly Gleaming Specialty Designer Series Paper, part of the Brightly Gleaming Suite.  The Christmas Gleaming stamp set and Gleaming Ornaments Punch Pack make up a great bundle.

This bridge card was one of the cards we made in my Christmas in August class.

These Specialty Designer Series Papers feature beautiful rich colors like Night of Navy, Pretty Peacock and Mossy Meadow with several of the sheets accented with copper foil.   I love the new Pretty Peacock In Color so it was easy to go with this one.

The sentiment, border and background splotches were stamped with Royal Peacock classic ink.  The holly and berries was stamped on Royal Peacock card stock and embossed with copper embossing folder.  I have learned to not always part with retired punches and was pleased that the medium circles from the Owl punch were the perfect size for the berries.  These were punched from the copper foil and adhered to the holly leaves.
