A valentine card using the lovely Country Bouquet bundle together with the Framed Florets dies. While the primary stamp set is the Country Bouquet set, other products used are the Framed Floret dies, Something Fancy dies, Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder and Timeless Tulip stamp set, a couple of retired products.
A clean and simple card using Thick Basic White for the majority of the card and Basic White for the stamped images.
I started with a card base of 4 1/4″ x 11″, scored at 5 1/2″. On the panel, I used the Framed Florets oval die with the tiny hearts and also the oval that sits inside the heart oval die. After die cutting the oval panel, with the oval heart die, it left tiny hearts that I’ll keep to use for a shaker card. I then placed the smaller oval die inside the larger heart oval to die cut it to create the frame and solid oval. The die cut panel and small oval was embossed with the Tasteful Texture 3D embossing folder.
I stamped the heart images with Real Red classic ink. The leaves were inked with Granny Apple Green and I then sponged some Evening Evergreen over the Granny Apple green. These were punched out with the Country Bouque punch. The stem from the retired Timeless Tulip stamp set was also inked with Granny Apple green and sponged with Evening Evergreen. I popped up these elements to the oval with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The sentiment stamped in Real Red was cut with a die from the Something Fancy dies and also popped on with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Cutting Instructions:
