I held a Card Buffet event over the weekend and I needed one more card to complete the buffet and chose my go to card design, a book binding card. Several items from the Countryside Inn Suite of products to put the card together.
I started with a card base of Boho Blue, one of the new In Colors. The card stock mats are Night of Navy and Basic White. The Basic White strip for the binding portion was embossed with the Countryside Blossoms Embossing Folder. The Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper is use for the card front.
I used the Night of Navy 3/8″ Bordered Ribbon for the binding portion of the card. The sentiment is from the Ringed with Nature set. It is stamped with Night of Navy classic ink and punched out with the 2″ circle punch. It is then popped up on a Boho Blue piece of card stock punched out using the Decorative Circle punch and adhered to the centre of the card front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
On the inside of the card is a piece of 4″ x 4″ Basic White with a 3/4″ x 4″ strip of the DSP adhered to the right hand side of the Basic White panel. I completed the card with some 2023-2025 In Color Dots.
