Easy Easter Card Design with Everyday Arches

Here’s an easy Easter card made with the Everyday Arches dies, Easter Basket stamp bundle and Easter Joy Specialty Designer Series Paper. I used one of the background images from the DSP to add the various stamped images.

I trimmed the background panel from the DSP to 3 3/4″ to 5″ and adhered it to a 4″ x 5 1/4″ Basic White panel. These layers are adhered to a 4 1/4″ x 11″ Lemon Lolly card base in a landscape orientation.

I stamped the bunnies and Easter eggs on Basic White card stock and the carrot on Timid Tiger card stock. The images are coloured with assorted Stampin’ Blends. I prepared the rainbow with Lemon Lolly, Highland Heather, Pretty in Pink and Peach Pie card stock and die cut them using the 4 largest Everyday Arches dies and laid out the images on the card front.

On the inside of the card, I stamped the cluster of flowers with Memento Black ink and coloured with Pretty in Pink, Highland Heather and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends. The sentiment is stamped with Highland Heather classic ink.

Cutting Instructions:

• Lemon Lolly
  • Card Base: 4 1/4″ x 11, scored at 5 1/2″
• Basic White
  • Cut 2 at 4″ x 5 1/4″, one for front mat and the other for the inside
  • Scraps for bunnies and Easter eggs
• Timid Tiger
  • Scrap for carrot
• Rainbow:
  • Die cut 4 Everyday Arches using Lemon Lolly, Highland Heather, Pretty in Pink and Peach Pie
  • Remove the body of the arches to use on other projects, cut down the arches and assemble. Add adhesive on back and adhered to front panel
• DSP Panel
  • Cut to 3 3/4″ x 5″
