First Frost

In last year’s Holiday Catalogue was this beautiful stamp set, First Frost, and accompanying it was an equally beautiful Designer Series Paper, not carried forward.  Fortunately they carried the stamp set into the Annual Catalogue because this is only the second time I’ve used it.

The card base is Rococo Rose with mats of Soft Seafoam and Whisper White.  On the Whisper White I embossed it with the new Hammered Metal 3D embossing folder from the Holiday Catalogue (part of the Brightly Gleaming suite).

The Frosted Bouquet dies co-ordinates with the First Frost stamp set and after stamping the flowers with Flirty Flamingo classic ink I cut them out with the flower dies.  The sentiment pieces and Soft Seafom leaves are also cut from the dies in the set.  I used some retired Flirty Flamingo twine to complete the card.
