I used another beautiful sheet from the Flowering Foils Specialty Designer Series Papers, a second Release of Sale-A-Bration products. Wow! I just love this paper!
I started with a card base of Flirty Flamingo card stock. I picked up the grey/silver tones in the DSP and added a mat of Smoky Slate card stock. I then cut a piece of the DSP and using my Sponge Daubers pick up some Flirty Flamingo classic ink and Granny Apple Green classic ink to sponge the flowers and leaves.
I cut a length of the 3/8″ Silver Metallic Edge Ribbon ribbon and used the Light Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Blends to color the ribbon. As the Blends are alcohol based, the ribbon dried almost as soon as I lift up the Blend.
After adhering the DSP with the Smoky Slate mat, I wrapped the ribbon around and secured at the back with some tape and attached to the card base. The sentiment is stamped with Smoky Slate classic ink on Flirty Flamingo and then cut with the Stitched So Sweetly die. It’s popped onto the front of the card with dimensionals and finished with some small Basic Pearls.
I love the softness of the colors in this card.

- Flirty Flamingo Card Stock: 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″, Scrap for sentiment
- Smoky Slate: 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″
- Flowering Foil Specialty DSP: 3 3/4″ x 5″
- 3/8″ Silver Metallic Edge Ribbon: 5″
