Forever Lovely

Today’s card uses three new items from the Occasions Catalogue and a Sale-A-Bration product .  I started with a card base of Petal Pink card stock and incorporated several different elements from the beautiful Floral Romance Specialty Designer Series Paper, the Butterfly Duet Punch, and the sentiment from Forever Lovely.

The ribbon is from the Organdy Ribbon Combo Pack from Sale-A-Bration.  It has 5 spools of ribbon in Grapefruit Grove, Highland Heather, Lemon Lime Twist and Balmy Blue with 5 yards on each spools.

SUPPLIES:

• Stamp Set:  Forever Lovely, #148625, $27, Photopolymer, Butterfly Gala, #148580, $27, Photopolymer
• Paper:  Petal Pink, Whisper White, Fresh Fig, Floral Romance Specialty Designer Series Paper, #148586, $19.
• Accessories:  Butterfly Duet Punch, #148523, $24, (the punch bundles with the Butterfly Gala stamp set, #150599, $45.75), Everyday Label Punch, Lemon Lime Twist Organdy Ribbon, Stampin’ Sponges, Tombow Liquid Glue, Dimensionals

ASSEMBLY:

• Cut Petal Pink card stock 4 1/4″ x 11″, score at 5 1/2″
• Cut piece of Floral Romance Specialty DSP (this DSP has several pieces of vellum DSP and this is one of the patterns – beautiful!), 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″
• Squeeze some Tombow onto a piece of paper and pick it up with a Stampin’ Sponge and spread lightly across the back of the vellum DSP and adhere to card front
• Wrap a length of the Organdy ribbon around card front and adhere in the front.
• Stamp sentiment in Fresh Fig on Whisper White card stock and punch out with the Everyday Label Punch
• Punch out a piece of Fresh Fig card stock and punch out with the Everyday Label Punch.  Cut it in half horizontally and affix to the back of the sentiment piece
• Add dimensionals to the back of the sentiment piece and place over the ribbon seam
• Stamp the double butterfly image from Butterfly Gala using Fresh Fig classic ink on a piece of Petal Pink and punch out with the Butterfly Duet punch.
• Adhere the small butterfly on sentiment piece with a glue dot
• You’re done!
