Inlaid Embossing Folder Technique with Daisy Lane

One technique that I absolutely loved making was the inlaid embossing folder technique.   I made  many of them years ago and as I was going through my technique book, I thought this would be a great time to try it with the new Daisy Lane bundle.  The bundle is the Daisy Lane stamp set and the Medium Daisy Punch.   This is a great bundle and an excellent companion to the Daisy Delight stamp set and Daisy Punch.

We used the Daisy Punch as well as the medium Daisy Punch for the card.  I like the look of having the first petal inlaid and then adding dimension with the other petals from the two punches added on top.

The technique is very easy.   Simply create your images with punches or dies.  Adhere the die cuts or punched images  to your card stock and then roll the panel through the Big Shot with an embossing folder.  This will “inlay” the images added to the panel.  So quick and simple and very effective.
