Merriest Moments is another one of the stamp sets that I haven’t used and it came out last year and it’s being retired! It is such a beautiful bundle as it has the stamp set, Merriest Frames Hybrid Embossing Folder and dies. This stamp set and the hybrid embossing folder will be retiring from the Holiday Mini catalogue at the expiration of the catalogue on January 4, 2023. The Hybrid Embossing Folder will be on sale at 60% off starting December 1, in just two days!
I started by placing a piece of Basic White card stock cut 4″ x 5 1/4″ inside the Hybrid embossing folder with the die nestled in the embossing folder and ran it through the Cut & Emboss machine. I then used the detailed die to trim off the edges to add more detail to the die. It is just beautiful!
Using the stitched rectangle die included in the set, I cut out a piece using Basic White then stamped the sentiment using Evening Evergreen classic ink. I stamped two large and two small flowers using Sweet Sorbet classic ink and also some leaves using Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent classic ink. These were then cut out with the co-ordinating dies.
The sentiment piece is added to the card front with dimensionals and I then added the flowers and leaves around the sentiment. I used some retired Holiday Rhinestone jewels to complete the card.
