I used one of the Split Card Textures dies for my card today and paired it with the Sending Smiles stamp set. There are several “stand alone” dies in the Annual Catalogue and this particular set of dies caught my fancy right away.
On the inside of the card, I added a few of the mini flowers.
I started with a panel of Basic White card stock and used the “floral” die and positioned it on the right hand side of the panel. I stamped the stem in Granny Apple Green, the flower in Polished Pink and the centre in Daffodil Delight.
I adhered it to a panel of Polished Pink card stock then onto a Basic White card base. I love the simplicity of the card and will soon be using the other die for another card.
Cutting Measurements:
- Basic White: 4 1/4″ x 11″, score at 5 1/2″, 4″ x 5 1/4″ for front panel
- Polished Pink: 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″
