Sale-A-Bration finished on February 28 with a busy two months of free stamp sets and designer papers. The most popular item chosen was the Oh So Ombre 6″ x 6″ designer paper. Now as we start a new month, there is a new product collection, Butterfly Brilliance Collection, and today’s card uses both products.
My friend, Jan Farring, shared these beautiful cards using the Ombre designer paper and I couldn’t resist and made my card using the Bermuda Bay toned sheet. As Jan says, “it looks like silk” and it certainly does and looks beautiful IRL.
The something new is a preview of the Butterfly Wings die and Butterfly Bijou 6″ x 6″ designer series paper from the Butterfly Brilliance Collection. I cut out the butterfly from one of the sheets from the DSP and also used a strip from another sheet. The Butterfly Brilliance stamp set does not have any sentiments (only beautiful butterflies!) so I used the sentiment from Timeless Tulips cut out with a Hydrangea die.
