Timeless Tulips

I finally broke out the Timeless Tulips stamp set for today’s share.  I started with a card base of Whisper White card stock.  I then added a Whisper White mat that was embossed with the Subtle embossing folder.

The stamp set comes with three different sizes of tulips and I stamped the two largest in Real Red classic ink.  The stems are stamped with Old Olive classic ink along with the leaves.  Next I cut out the focal image withe the Stitched Shape dies  using the fourth largest die and also a piece of Real Red using the third largest die  of the Stitched Rectangle dies.  The two layers are then adhered to the card front with dimensionals.  While it’s not visible in the picture I brushed the tulip with some Wink of Stella to add some sparkle.

I used the Dark Real Red Blends to flick the small dots over the card and completed it with a Real Red 3/8″ Double Stitched satin ribbon.

On the inside of the card I stamped the smallest of the tulips and with the stem and leaves.
