Elements of Text

I am using several new products that I’ve had for some time and also newer ones that have arrived in the past week. Elements of Text, an Online Exclusive, is one that arrived the other day and I love it! I used it with the Textured Notes dies and the floral image from Spotlight on Nature. Another new item used for the card is the Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder, an Online Exclusive. It is also the first time I am using the Beautiful Bokeh 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper, part of the Beautiful Bokeh Suite in the current Mini Catalogue. I had fun putting the card together.

The card base is Calypso Coral, one of the colours in this pattern from the Beautiful Bokeh DSP. I added a panel of Calypson Coral that has been embossed with the Mini Corrugated 3D embossing folder onto the card front. Before adhering it to the card front, I wrapped a length of the Sale-A-Bration 3/8″ Fresh Freesia Seam Binding ribbon around the embossed panel and tied a small knot bow onto the ribbon.

I die cut the DSP using the 4th largest die from Textured Notes and the Fresh Freesia panel is die cut using the 6th largest die. I stamped rectangular stamp from the Elements of Text onto the DSP using Smoky Slate ink. Next I stamped the floral image from Spotlight on Nature with Fresh Freesia classic ink.

The sentiment is from the retired Go to Greetings stamp set and is stamped with Smoky Slate on a scrap of Fresh Freesia cardstock. I trimmed it down and flagged both ends. It is popped up on the focal image panel. I adhered the focal panel onto the Fresh Freesia die cut with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added some gems from the 2024-2026 In Color Shimmer gems to complete the card.
