This is one of my class cards for October using the Poinsettia Petals stamp set and co-ordinating Poinsettia dies. I couldn’t resist using the stunning Expressions in Ink Specialty DSP for the card and Gold Foil for the poinsettias.
The card base is Shaded Spruce with the quadrange cut from the green and gold foil sheet of the DSP. I used the Gold Foil for the mat and the poinsettias. After adhering the quadrangle mat, I stamped the leaves using Versamark then added the poinsettia. I found some retired Beaded Pearls for the centre. I colored the outside metal portion of the Beaded Pearl with the Bronze Stampin’ Blends to match the Gold foil and then attached it to the centre of the poinsettia with a glue dot.
Rather than having a sentiment on the front of the card, I stamped on the inside.
