The Pretty Pop Up dies in the Annual Catalogue (page 173) is one of several “stand alone” dies available. There is no stamp set that co-ordinates with the dies and can be co-ordinated with many of the other stamp sets for sentiments and other floral images. I made this card for our stamp club for this month and love how it turned out.
The die creates the images where you can pop up the wings, petals and leaves after die cutting. I used Stampin’ Blends to color the images and the Take Your Pick tool to poke up the various pieces.

There are also small butterfly and flower dies that I used on a strip of card stock on the inside of the card.
I also used the Quatrefoil Tile Embossing Folder for the background Basic White panel together with the third largest Scallop die from the Scalloped Contour dies and added some Basic Pearls. The sentiment is from the Go to Greetings.
